SUPERSTARS WRITING SEMINARS PRIZE DRAWING

Superstars Writing Seminars are unlike most other writing workshops. Sessions are devoted to the intricate nuts-and-bolts of the writing and publishing business, with the focus on teaching serious authors, both aspiring and professional, how to manage a career.

We're offering an opportunity for one lucky person to win free tuition to this prestigious seminar, and two other people will receive recordings of past seminars.

Drawing entrants must agree to the following terms and conditions:

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Drawing is offered only electronically via the Internet, and entry may only be made by completing the form on the Superstars Writing Seminars website.
• Limit one entry per person and per email address. Entrant must be person age 18 years or older. Entries must be received by midnight MST February 9, 2012. On February 10, 2012, winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• Winner will be notified by email or by telephone number provided on entry form. Participant may be requested to provide proof that the participant is the authorized email account holder of the email address associated with the entry/submission. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all submissions made by such methods.
• All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
• All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are the sole responsibility of winner/offer recipient.
• By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by the decisions of Superstars Writing Seminars, which shall be final. Superstars Writing Seminars and representatives of Superstars Writing Seminars are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Superstars Writing Seminars that may cause the Drawing to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Drawing. Superstars Writing Seminars reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Drawing at any time if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Drawing.
• By participating in the Drawing, each participant agrees to release and hold Superstars Writing Seminars and its officers, directors, representatives, advertising, and promotion harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Drawing. Winner/offer recipient assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize/offer.
• First Prize winner/offer recipient assumes all liability for costs associated with food, lodging, and travel to Superstars Writing Seminars 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
• Superstars Writing Seminars may send entrants email or USPS mail information about the Superstars Writing Seminars. After prize drawing, participants may elect to be removed from this mailing list at any time.
• *Prizes are non-transferable, except in following circumstance: If first prize winner is already registered to attend Superstars Writing Seminars 2012, free registration/tuition may be transfered to up to two (2) individuals designated by winner.
